Reciprocal tax fee for entering Argentina. The current fee is US$131 for US citizens. This is not a visa, but rather a "reciprocal tax," which many foreign countries have now adopted, meaning Argentina now charges US citizens exactly the amount (reciprocal) which the US charges argentine citizens simply for applying for a US visa: US$131. If you currently hold another passport besides your USA passport, you may consider entering Argentina with that one, to avoid the tax.
