Cool Me Down 2011 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

200 dollars off if you sign up by March 15th!!!
or 100 dollars off if you sign up by April 15th!

 

As far as payment, here is what I have come up with. Read it carefully. This is as “fine print” as I am going to get:

The cost for each trip is US$2,870. If you want your own room at Las Cumbres and in Buenos Aires, there is a 300 dollar extra cost, for a total of US$3,170.

A first US$1,000 deposit is due at the time of signing up. SIGN UPS CLOSE ON FRIDAY JUNE 10th, 2011. A second US$1,000 deposit is due by Friday July 8th, 2011. The third and final deposit will be for the remainder of US$870 (or US$1,170 if you are choosing to have a single room in Las Cumbres and Buenos Aires), and is due by Friday July 30th, 2011.

The "200 dollars off if you sign up by March 15th; or 100 dollars off if you sign up by April 15th" offer will be discounted from your last payment. If you pay in full at once, it will be discounted from your one-time payment.

Friends, Cool Me Down Adventures is only two years old, so I am basically running this trip AT COST again this year. With the way this trip is set up, all 12 people who sign up to go on the trip should actually go on the trip.

THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP AND TO BE REFUNDED ALL YOUR MONEY IS FOR YOU TO PERSONALLY FILL YOUR SPOT BY SOMEONE ELSE. THIS MEANS THAT IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU CANNOT GO, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING A REPLACEMENT PERSON TO FILL YOUR SPOT, ie SOMEONE THAT YOU WILL SELL YOUR SPOT TO. NO REPLACEMENTS ARE ALLOWED BEYOND JULY 30TH. ALSO, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BEYOND THIS DATE.

(Of course, if there happens to be a waiting list, I will let you know and help you fill your spot, but I will not activelly do the job for you. Be responsible with your travel!)
